But don’t expect the book to provide step-by-step instructions for action — you’ll have to figure out a little bit on your own how to apply each method in different areas of your business and personal life.

What I also liked, besides the techniques themselves, was the format of the information delivery - it is written easily and you can read any chapter of your choice, without a specific sequence, because a full article has been written about each method.
