For the people and the servers: Estella and Alexander in #MeetTheSupers

In the December #MeetTheSupers section, it's time to introduce you to two more members of the SuperTeam. In a series of BLITZ interviews, we show you the faces of professionalism every month – through their dedication to work, interests and relationships with colleagues. In the conversations, some were laconic, others more chatty, but their answers were always as colorful as they themselves.

If hosting is the home of your site, then they are the hosts who welcome you there – competent, responsive and friendly. In perhaps one of the most exciting moments of the year, on the threshold of the new one, we meet you with Estela Ilieva , office assistant , and Alexander Hristov, system administrator . Two of our colleagues who at first tunisia number dataset have nothing in common with each other, but are actually one of those SuperTandems that work in sync – Esti with people, Sasho with servers. Welcome back to MeetTheSupers! We invite you to take a peek behind the curtains of the system administration and management of our office.

What do you do at SuperHosting.BG, explained so that everyone can understand you?
Estella: Every day of my work is different and that's exactly what I love about my job. I do a lot of activities – from processing documentation, to maintaining the office, to organizing various events. My daily tasks are varied and interesting, which keeps me away from the monotony of the workplace. There is always something new, unfamiliar and exciting to engage me and make my day dynamic.

Sasho: Days in "System Administration" are not the same. Every day is different, I very rarely have the opportunity to make a plan and execute it. I am responsible for the IT infrastructure in the office and in the data centers - the places where our servers are housed. We often have to troubleshoot, carry out emergency preventive maintenance to keep client sites unaffected and secure. There are also scheduled tasks such as regular checks of hardware, networks, switches and cabling, electricity consumption and document management. However, the truth is that I prefer the thrill of the data center.

How long have you been part of the SuperTeam?
Estella: I turned a whole year and a half old!

What do you like about your job and what qualities of yours help you cope – in other words, what is your SuperPower?
Estella: Some of the most interesting and inspiring commitments in my work are related to planning different types of events such as team building and company parties. Therefore, I would say that my SuperPower is the ability to organize and manage my time effectively. And also to communicate actively – in the right way and at the right time with different types of people and on a variety of topics. I find diplomacy a valuable skill, and the trust that my colleagues vote for me a privilege.
