The "Place an ad" button will take you to the user settings window. Here you specify the region and type of advertising campaign.

Yandex.Direct offers three possible options:

Next, you configure notifications. You will receive them by default to the email linked to your Yandex account, but if you wish, they can be sent to the phone number you enter in the appropriate field.

The convenience of such an option is hard to overestimate. It will allow you to learn about the results of moderation or the balance of funds on the account in a timely manner. The system offers to choose which notifications you want to receive.
