The Phi Centre in Montreal is probably the art centre that has invested the most in VR and immersive. For the past 5 years, exhibitions and installations have followed one another in this place dedicated to art and technology. What sets it apart: a very sharp programme and very particular care given to welcoming visitors. In Venice, the Phi Centre is participating throughout the art biennale via a virtual reality exhibition. In a palazzo on the banks of the Grand Canal, the work of well-known figures in contemporary art are presented: Marina Abramovic and Olafur Eliasson.
