The target audience is a group of people who might be interested in your product or service. So why do you need to know who they are, what their interests are, and what their lifestyle is?

Any business is impossible without a client. It is the client who provides income for any company. Today, a loud brand name is no longer enough for them. To earn the loyalty of the buyer and his love, it is necessary to carefully work out your positioning and promotion strategy. The better you can adapt your offer to the needs of the target audience, the more serious your competitive advantage in the market will be.

Advertising messages and offers need to be personalized - this will help create a trusting relationship between the seller and the buyer. The client will understand that you really want to help him, and not just "palm off" the product. But this will only be possible when you get to know your target audience.



You can advertise your products or services without thinking about who needs them. Or you can highlight a clear core. In the second case, sales will go much faster, and advertising costs will be noticeably lower.

If you know the problems and desires of your customers, you can, so to speak, put pressure on them through an advertising message. So, in order not to waste your advertising budget in vain, you need to draw a clear portrait of your consumer:


who needs your product more - a man or a woman;
what age is he - but you shouldn’t make the range too wide, maximum 10-15 years;
whether he is in a relationship or married, does he have children;
what is his monthly income;
what "pains" does he experience;
what social network do you like to spend time on;
what he is interested in, what he is passionate about.
By answering each of these points, you will be able to formulate a clear unique selling proposition that is sure to resonate with your consumer.
