Inconvenient customer service

Post by asimd23 »

Polaroid is best known for its instant cameras. Did you know that Polaroid also offers a notebook? I ordered one of these from Conforama's online shop at the beginning of the lockdown because it was particularly cheap (179 francs). After all, my school-age daughter had to work in the digital classroom from then on. Conforama turned out to be much less quickly than a Polaroid photo becomes visible. The order was the beginning of an odyssey.

So, I ordered the notebook on March 16th - and greece rcs data paid immediately. The device arrived quickly. Due to the very low price, my expectations were low. Unfortunately, three keys didn't work, so I couldn't complete the setup. The customer service I contacted by phone recommended that I write an email. Which I did. After days without a response, I sent the cheap little computer back to the sender and asked for a credit. Then it went quiet.

A whole month later, customer service contacted me by email. They recommended that I send the defective device back. OK? A few emails and phone calls later, they said that returns could not be processed at all due to the corona crisis. I was asked to be patient. I needed patience.
