This advantage of active solar water heaters over passive water heaters makes it possible to use them in all areas where hot water is needed.
An active solar system usually includes a collector, a pump, a control system, a liquid coolant (antifreeze) and an expansion tank. Active solar systems are usually used in a split form, i.e. the collector is on the roof of the house, and the storage tank and control system are inside the building.
is a glass vacuum flask, which has a high degree of hail resistance (approximately like a car windshield), due to special hardening of borosilicate glass at a temperature of 460 degrees. Inside each glass flask, in a vacuum, a double (tube in a tube) copper heat pipe with side radiators is placed.
The system is closed in the volume of a glass flask, up to 2 japan mobile database long and 10 cm wide. Through the internal copper tube, the coolant (antifreeze) cooled in the condenser flows downwards and, returning upwards through the external tube, is heated by the side radiators.
Water heating in summer reaches 110 °C. The heating pipe acts as a high-conductivity heat conductor. Due to its thermophysical properties, the heat transformation coefficient is thousands of times higher than the best solid heat conductors of the same size.
All this ensures the collector operates during a shorter period of sunlight and a small amount of radiation. To increase heat transfer, especially in the cold season, constant forced circulation of the coolant (antifreeze) is used with a pump.
Compared to other technologies, such a pipe can ensure that the desired temperature is reached earlier in the day; under normal conditions, hot water can be provided twice a day. The cooled coolant flows down through the inner pipe and, returning up through the outer pipe, is heated by the side radiators.
