Scary Good: How to Exceed Your Advertising Plan by 4 Times in 2 Flights. Case Study with a Client Who Cannot Be Named Au

The case will tell about how we were able to attract witches, sorcerers and other evil spirits to the largest Sabbath on Bald Mountain using contextual and targeted advertising. 70% of the audience came from our channels. The case will be useful for both wizards and muggles.
About the client
We would reveal our cards, but we risk falling into the curse of sluggish margins. So let's just say that the client in this case is a witches' coven, the organizer of the most grandiose Sabbath on Bald Mountain.

"Since the start of the project in June 2022, we have been complete cell phone number list engaged in advertising promotion of all the Sabbaths of this coven. Each Sabbath is dedicated to a separate advertising flight, which begins approximately six months before the date of the first night of the witches' gathering and ends on the 1st or 2nd day of its holding. Our task is to attract participants and visitors to the Sabbath."

Tatyana Lukasheva, Project Digital Strategist (level 80 mage) Ingate Group

"The Sabbaths started again after the COVID restrictions were lifted. Naturally, we did not expect to immediately reach pre-pandemic levels and understood that the new reality required a lot of effort. Advertising had not brought results for a whole year. Almost all participants and visitors were long-time members and clients of the coven. In three days of the project, we managed to gather a total of about three thousand witches and evil spirits. We planned to stop advertising and look for alternative promotion methods, but decided to stop at changing the contractor and the format of work. This was the last chance to prove to ourselves that digital advertising is a working tool for us. We needed a strategic approach even with a limited pool of channels, so we turned to Ingate."

Project objectives
We had two main goals:

Involvement of supreme sorcerers and witches to organize rituals and demonstrate new approaches to modern witchcraft - 24 leads. How it was measured: a completed form with contact information for booking an individual place for the cauldron and a call back to the magic ball from the site.

Attracting all sorts of evil spirits to attend the Sabbath – 1390 leads. How it was measured: clicking on the “Attend the Sabbath” button on the website.
