Add new automated terms to TaxoPress
TaxoPress can automatically tag more than just posts. It can also tag images and pages.
For this article, we’re going to auto-tag list of us phone number only WordPress posts, so just check the “Posts” box.
Next, you can open the "Categories" drop-down menu.
In the list that appears, click Tag (post_tag).
Automatically tag posts in WordPress
When looking for content to tag, TaxoPress by default analyzes the title and content of the post. You can change this setting in the "Find Term:" drop-down menu and select only "Post Content" or "Post Title."
After selecting your options, click the Sources tab.
Here you can select the tags you want to use in this automatic term.
Set the source of automatic tags
By default, TaxoPress will pull content from all tags you create on your website. For some sites, this number is too much.
You can set which terms the plugin has access to by checking the box "Use only certain terms from the selected taxonomy".
Only use specific WordPress tags
Now, in the "Select a term to use" field, start typing the label name.
When the correct label appears, click it. Repeat this for all tags you want to include in this automatic term.
