The HR (Human Resources) function has become terribly complex over time. HR or HRM (Human Resources Management) therefore has 4 main functions:

Pay staff;

Manage employment, skills;

Manage working conditions.

Personnel administration primarily involves a series of obligations which concern:

Remuneration with coverage for social security and pension provision;

Relations with medical services, social services, the Department of Labor and Employment;
