A press service representative reported that the FAS conducted a scientific study of a mathematical model for analyzing big data necessary for identifying and subsequently proving the fact of concluding and implementing cartels: "Law enforcement practice was studied and criteria for identifying possible violations of antimonopoly legislation during procurement were formulated.
