The BI system is designed in such a way that "raw" data is sent to a separate storage facility that is not connected to the main database - therefore, their processing does not affect the availability of information from electronic medical records of patients in the region. A copy of the original data is stored on a permanent basis in case changes occur in the source. Data from various sources is checked, combined and cleaned, after which the calculated indicators are calculated and a data structure optimized for performing fast queries is created. Data versioning and the ability to quickly connect new sources are supported.

Data marts are used to generate reports, providing information to the visualization subsystem. Using a convenient web interface, analysts of the Stavropol Territory Ministry of Health can generate almost any reports that are needed at a given time. Today, the system has 53 data marts, 54 dashboards and 470 types of reports, their number is growing from year to year. For comparison, last year there were 44 marts, 41 dashboards and 364 types of reports. One of the main ones is the IEMC mart, which stores data on patients' health - now it has more than 620 million lines and 605 indicators.

The analytical system reports are used, among other things, to solve problems within the framework of federal incidents.
