iRidge held its first new graduate induction ceremony!

Hello, this is Ichikawa from HR.

The world is in self-restraint mode everywhere due to the influence of the new coronavirus, but I hope you are all well.
iRidge is also strengthening its remote work, and we are moving forward while accepting the changes every day.

Despite all of this, on April 1st, iRidge held 99 acres database its first new graduate induction ceremony! Clap!

At iRidge, most of our employees join mid-career.
Although we have accepted new graduates in the past as part of our mid-career recruitment activities,
this is the first time we have held a full-scale induction ceremony.
In other words, these two are the first new graduates to join iRidge!

You can only experience an induction ceremony once in your life, when you become a member of society.
This time, there were only two new graduates joining the company, and the world is in a self-restraint mode, but
we wanted to hold an induction ceremony for them, so we took careful COVID-19 precautions and held the ceremony.
(Everyone wore masks except when taking photos, the venue was open, and social distancing was maintained.)

The day arrived with a homely atmosphere set up with handmade decorations.
