As part of the project, BFT-Holding specialists deployed new functionality and set up daily data import into the OLAP subsystem from the operational databases (DB) of the AIS MFC and the electronic queue system. This made it possible to automatically compare information stored in the AIS MFC DB with the data of the electronic queue DB, as well as to obtain the ability to analyze the intersection of these data.
The subsystem can be used to create a selection for any time range. The responsible MFC employee can receive data sections by date, time, employees, departments, types of services, service topics and other parameters. The indicators for waiting time in line and service time are calculated in three versions: average, minimum and maximum. For example, for the service "Obtaining a passport of a citizen of Russia" you can find out how much time on average it took to service applicants per month, as well as what the minimum and maximum values of this indicator were. The data obtained for the MFC network as a whole can then be detailed to the level of individual MFC departments, and, if necessary, to specific employees. All information can be reflected in the form of tables or graphs, and the resulting selections can be exported to your workplace.
"BFT-Holding" also conducted training for MFC employees to work with the updated system. The new version of the AIS MFC is already available to users in all divisions of the State Autonomous Institution "MFC of the Amur Region".
