Among the specialties with remote work (the share of 20% or more), the largest number are IT professions, among which are game designers, technical writers, systems analysts, DevOps engineers, programmers/developers, testers, data scientists, product analysts, data analysts. However, the absolute leaders are call center operators (67.9% work remotely) and copywriters, editors, proofreaders (54.7% of remote positions).

We developed a regulatory framework, conducted a pilot with a limited group of employees, and adapted our current business processes to fully implement remote work. This became a reason for our recruiters to actively search for candidates willing to work in this mode, which made significant changes to the labor market."

"Since the labor market in Russia is a job seeker's market, most employers are accommodating to employees in this matter. Remote or hybrid formats have become a kind of norm, especially for the IT sphere," concludes Marina Cherepanova, HR Director of Axenix.

"The obvious advantage of this format is the ability to scale the staff and quickly connect employees to projects," says Artem Stytsenko, Director of Strategic Development at Applite Group. "IT companies, including Applite, use an approach where a task is broken down into subtasks that are worked on by different teams. At the same time, top and mid-level specialists can be involved in several projects at the same time. And it is their involvement that is important, not their presence at the workplace. The remote format is ideal for this."
