It all started one afternoon when Marta received a message on her Instagram account from an unknown profile. The person behind the profile seemed to know too many details about her life, things that Marta didn't remember sharing publicly. As the days passed, the messages became more invasive and threatening.

Marta tried to ignore the messages, but the stalker didn’t stop. He posted hurtful comments on her photos and sent threats to her personal email. Fear began to take over her daily life. She felt watched and monitored all the time, and her performance at work began to suffer. The situation came to a head when the stalker posted Marta’s private information on various online forums, including her address and phone number.

Desperate and scared, Marta decided to talk to her boss and explained the situation. Her boss, understanding and concerned, fully supported her. Together they contacted the police and filed a formal complaint.
