“Bella zio” is not the copy that works for everyone. My father, for example, even though he is a young type, might not feel too in line with a greeting like that. Likewise, if I received an e-commerce email that ended with “Sincerely, Claudia” I would say: what a drag! Who knows, that tone of voice could push me not to buy. So yes: a copy, a text, for the target.

6. Send
Once you have decided everything, start the machine and… wait. You can't believe that everything will work so quickly, you will have to have some patience.
