What a 10-slide company pitch deck should look like

Slides should contain only important and brief information. You will get a great result if you use data in the right amount and in the right order.

Let's look at the main points that should be taken into account when filling out slides.

Slide 1. Title

At the very beginning, the speaker tells about himself - about the company he represents, a little personal information and contact details. The audience looks at the first slide. The audience will listen attentively if the speaker provides compelling arguments that the situation requires an urgent solution. Don’t be afraid to express yourself emotionally and passionately: reveal the full level of the problem. “We have been seeing a systematic decline in profits over the last quarter. Do you think this is temporary or an accident?

Unfortunately, we see a clear signal that employees are no longer motivated enough." The main thing is to emphasize that the situation is critical, serious and large-scale. Thus, the probability of concluding a contract with the client increases significantly.

Slide 4. Solution

It's time to take the pressure off your audience, as they've already started to imagine terrifying images of the future. You have a solution that you're ready to share with them. However, don't go into a complicated or lengthy explanation. Confident storytelling and a minimum amount of text on the slide will only increase the attention of your audience.

Slide 5. Cost

At this stage, it is necessary to convince clients that the stated price is justified. The client must clearly understand what he will ultimately receive: saved time, increased profits, happy employees.

Slide 6. Success stories

Now you can show off a little in front of the audience. This slide should include information about happy clients who signed a contract with you and solved their problems forever. There is no need to be modest, but we do not recommend deceiving or exaggerating. If you still cooperate with some clients, be sure to mention this.

Slide 7. Technology

Here the speaker has a chance to point out the company's uniqueness again and fully consolidate the success. Now it's time to talk about the production technology, materials and specialists. Show the audience how your company can successfully solve the problem.

Slide 8. Demonstration

The demonstration of a live product takes place at the eighth stage. A picture of the finished product or a video recording can be placed on the slide if there is no possibility of presenting it.

Slide 9. Amount of benefit

On the penultimate slide, the client should see the benefits of working with the company. It will be more effective if you provide an approximate calculation of the savings that the client will receive. The audience should feel that they are acquiring something very important and necessary, and not think about the upcoming expenditure of money.

The presentation is over. Time to schedule personal meetings with clients who found your offer interesting.
