Use auto-messages to schedule calls

One of our client's teams found pop-up auto-messages extremely useful for scheduling effective sales calls with leads who signed up for our free plan.

What this process looks like in practice:

An automatic message is sent to a new user immediately after their registration. In the survey, we ask them about the goals they want to achieve with our tool.
A few days later, a second, repeat message would arrive asking if the user needed help. If the user answered “yes,” three response options would appear:

Let's get in touch via email
I just need articles that will help me.
People actually showed up for most of the calls. Over a 3 month period, about 80% of all scheduled calls resulted in a demo.
