Heavy vehicle and real estate consortium boosts the sector

Consortium sales continue to grow. From January to March this year alone , memberships reached almost 1 million. The highlights of the period were the heavy vehicle and real estate segments. They recorded increases of 32.7% and 22%, respectively, compared to last year.

Of the 999.4 thousand Brazilians who joined the consortium during the period, 166.15 thousand chose real estate and 70.90 thousand chose heavy vehicles. With a 38.2% increase in heavy vehicles, the heavy vehicle segment accounted for 7.1% of the total participants. And the real estate segment, which grew 19.3%, accounted for 15.4%.

Despite representing a smaller share of sales than light vehicles and afghanistan whatsapp list motorcycles, these segments are extremely significant for the Consortium System. Starting with real estate, the leader in credits contracted. This segment represented 42.5% of the total volume of credits sold by the System from January to March. In this period alone, the total sold grew 25.6% compared to 2022.

The vehicle segment is also not far behind, occupying third place in this ranking. Representing 15.8% of the total credits sold by the System in the period, it reached an increase of 22%.

Consortium strengthens sales of heavy vehicles and real estate
The consistency of consortia in the Brazilian economy can also be proven by the total amount of credit granted and potentially inserted, such as in the automotive and real estate markets.

In the accumulated releases from January to March, the Consortium System reached 41.6% of potential presence in the heavy vehicle sector (trucks). This means that one in every two trucks potentially sold were through this modality. The consortium is an excellent option for fleet renewal and investments in agribusiness.

In the real estate segment, in the first two months of this year alone, contemplations represented a potential 18.1% share of the total number of financed properties, including consortia. Approximately one property in every five sold may have been acquired by the consortium.
