When you run a Site Audit, the Semrush crawler crawls the website based on your settings and performs checks against over 150 common site issues ( see the full list here ).
The Site Health score is calculated based on the issues Semrush finds during its crawl.
These questions are weighted into three main categories:
Errors - most impactful issues that should be addressed first.
Warnings - medium impact issues that should be addressed but not as urgently as bugs.
Notice - not dangerous, but important instances to be aware of.
The most dangerous errors (like broken internal links) contribute more to your Site Health than warnings.
Reviews (like external links with nofollow attributes) have no uae telegram number database impact on the score since they are generally not indicative of any error, but are included to keep you fully informed of the foundations of the site.
Critical issues that have a particularly negative impact on Site Health
Please note that not all errors and warnings are weighted equally. In general, the more critical an error is to the site, the more impact it has on the Site Health score.
So a specific warning may have ten times less effect than a specific error.
Here are some examples of critical issues:
Incorrect page in sitemap, canonical and hreflang. This issue can confuse the search engine and prevent it from deciding which page to show in the search.
