There is no point in wasting precious space on the main page on placing text consisting of general phrases and lengthy reasoning. Specifics and benefits, information about advantageous offers and future discounts for regular customers - this is what a potential client will appreciate.

Even if the text is intended to be confidential, a heart-to-heart conversation with a person from whom the company does not need anything, but the user does not find anything useful in it, the text will most likely cause irritation.

Mistake #5: No logical conclusion.

The greeting text, like any other, should not only be well structured and logically constructed, but also have some kind of logical conclusion at the end.

A greeting that breaks off mid-sentence, forcing the reader to think up a possible ending, loses its meaning. Slogans at the end of the text also work extremely rarely, if we are talking about small and medium businesses. It is much more effective to duplicate a special offer with a link to the necessary page of the site.
