On the right, select the Video Playback tile to expand it

Once the Settings app opens , tap the Personalization button on the left.

In the Apps > Video Playback Settings panel, select the Adjust video based on the lighting around me tile . Then toggle the button to On or Off to enable or disable the feature.
Note: You will not see the settings if your device does not have a light sensor.
After making changes, close the Settings app.
Automatically adjust video brightness using registry benin telegram data editor
Another way to enable or disable automatic video brightness adjustment is to use the Windows Registry Editor.
First, open the Windows registry and navigate to the folder path below.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\VideoSettings
Then double-click the name REG_DWORD " EnableOutsideModeFeature " in the right pane of the VideoSettings key to open it.
Then enter a value 1to enable the automatic video brightness adjustment feature.
Press Enter 0to turn off.
If you don't see the EnableOutsideModeFeature item , right-click an empty area and create a new DWORD 32-bit registry value .
