The printing press completes printing

(1) Arrange the printing color sequence according to the transparency of the ink. Print the ink with lower transparency first, and then print the ink with higher transparency. This can improve the color reproduction effect after the ink is superimposed.

(2) Arrange the printing color sequence according to the printing plate area. That is, print the ink with a smaller printing plate area first, and then print the ink with a larger printing plate area.

(3) Arrange the printing color sequence according to the viscosity of the ink. Print the ink with higher viscosity first, and then print the ink with lower viscosity. Reduce the viscosity of the ink by color. If the ink with higher viscosity needs to be printed in the last group of colors, use a viscosity reducer to adequately reduce its viscosity. Otherwise, the reverse imposition will fail, that is, the ink will mix. For example: if the clamp plate of the machine is worn out and the black characters have cyprus number data double image problems, the color sequence can be adjusted to place the black ink in the second, third or fourth group of colors for printing, but the viscosity of the black ink should be reduced in a timely manner.

(4) Arrange the color sequence for printing according to the characteristics of the original. For example, when printing originals with warm tones such as figures and colorful clouds, cyan should be placed in the front color group and magenta in the back; when printing originals with cool tones such as glaciers and snow scenes, magenta should be placed in the front color group and cyan in the back.
