Fix 7: Change automatic maintenance settings

Windows performs automatic maintenance tasks, including scanning, installing updates, etc. This can also cause your computer to crash, so you can try changing your automatic maintenance settings to prevent this.

Find "Automatic Maintenance" in the Start menu and click "Change Automatic Maintenance settings" when it appears.


When the Automatic Maintenance page opens, you can select a time to run it using the drop-down menu. Or, check and uncheck the box next to "Allow scheduled maintenance to wake my computer at the scheduled time."


Fix 8: Identify and stop scheduled tasks
Open Windows Powershell or Windows Terminal from the Start menu.
Type Get-ScheduledTask | where {$_.settings.waketorun}in the Powershell window and press Enter. This will show you scheduled tasks that can wake your computer from sleep mode.

Now open the Start menu and search for Task italy telegram data Scheduler. Click Run as administrator to open it.

Once the Task Scheduler opens, click on the Task Scheduler Library on the left and navigate to the task you want to stop from running and wake up your computer.

Double-click the task, then click the Conditions tab at the top and uncheck the Wake the computer to run this task checkbox.


Some useful tips
If you use wireless devices, such as a wireless mouse, be sure to turn them off before putting your computer to sleep. Accidental touches can cause these devices to wake up your computer.
