Since it is our priority to make your database work as smoothly as possible, we have come up with the option of labeling companies in detail .
If you are viewing a specific company record in the database, you can assign any label to it , either created by yourself or by your colleagues (in which case the prompter will offer it to you). What is this good for? Imagine that you need to prepare a set of companies during the year that you would like to address as part of a marketing campaign. Unfortunately, companies are so disparate that you would not easily filter them out of the database en masse. However, if you assign a label to these selected companies – for example, “ autumn campaign ” – you will be able to return to the list of companies.
This spring at Imper CZ is marked by new products, of which we have a whole range for you and which will delight not only the eye of many a salesperson and marketer.
Because you, the clients, have been calling for changes that would allow you to work more efficiently with data directly at the application level, we have decided to incorporate most of them.
So what new things will you discover in the Leady system?
Customizable labels – these can now be created not only within the standard filters that you already know, but car owner database simply for any company.
Simple "CRM" - need to write a note about a company to share with other team members? This is now possible in the middle panel under the information about the identified visit. Share with colleagues information about whether you have already contacted the Lead or whether they are still waiting to be contacted. If the call was positive and you managed to arrange a meeting, you can mark such a company as "Won" (contact " Obtained ").
And that's not all. Soon, the option to set up new individual reports will also be available - email reports will no longer be just a summary of visits for a certain period. On the contrary. You will be able to set up reports according to labels and quickly assign both the sending frequency and the recipient's email address to them. We are also preparing the option of exports for individual labels and a new API for you !
