Close attention to them is explained by the fact that the technology for producing arched structures has many limitations: it is necessary to maintain the correct ratio of the width and height of the window, the radius of the rounded part, and so on.
Otherwise, there are no differences: the processes of assembling and installing profiles are almost identical.
Difference #3. Window "filling"
Some parts of arched products do not have reinforcing elements, since it is impossible to insert metal inserts into curved profiles. However, even without them, these sections are made strong enough. The fittings are different: arched windows require the same parts as rectangular ones, but they are equipped with special hinges and additional locks. Sometimes additional imposts are used, separating the rounded parts from the others.
