Once you've added these details, you can also make further customizations to the checks and sections (toggling sections on or off). You can also customize the colors and fonts used throughout the check report.

Click the "Preview PDF Report" button in the lower right corner to preview how the user will see your report:

When you are satisfied with the layout and appearance of the report, click the "Save Settings" button skype database in the lower left corner of the page.


Advanced users may want to set up a separate report template for the Embeddable Audit so they can customize exactly how these reports look. We find that some agencies prefer to keep these reports shorter, as opposed to a full audit report used for consultations or client meetings. If you'd like to do this, you can create a separate template for the Embed Tool by visiting the Report Templates page and clicking the "Create New" button at the top to define a new report template. Name it something descriptive like "Embeddable Audit Tool Report." You can also specify the report language, assessment type, and whether you want to show or hide the detailed explanations for each audit.
