Switch to a tool area that contains a record you want to add to your content template, e.g. All Keywords .
Add data element to report in 4 steps:

Generally, you should select the "Use active domain (default)" option when applying filter settings . If you select "Use applied project/domain filter" instead, your filter selection will only be applied to the currently active domain, not to reports for other projects.
