The future franchisor should start from one assumption: to have a real franchising know-how to transfer, that is, a series of exclusive skills and knowledge that have allowed him to be successful with his point of sale.
And this is what gives the future franchisee a good reason to choose to affiliate with that brand rather than another.

High standardization of processes
In essence, the mere fact of offering the market a product or service with a good quality/price ratio does not in any way represent a good motivation to “franchis” one’s business.
