When to create a fulfillment center

A logistics center should be created when you have at least 3-4 stores or when you realize that repetitive operations are performed in each store that could easily be grouped together in a single location.

Let's go back to the classic example of the pizzeria.
If I have 10 mixers in 10 different locations that work 2 hours teacher data a day and I have 10 pizza chefs who have to be there to look after the mixers, a single logistics center would be enough to optimize everything.
How?
The dough is made in the logistics center for all 10 stores, requiring only 1 or 2 mixers and thus obtaining a saving in cost and space. Furthermore, it will be enough to have a single operator and not 10 pizza chefs working on the same preparations!

So when, with the business plan in front of you, you realize that the time has come to optimize costs, centralizing production becomes essential.
