HubSpot and its leading inbound marketing and sales platform favor our opinion on the subject, because firstly, we believe it is impossible for a giant like them to ignore this new law.

Furthermore, it ensures continuous compliance and takes this issue seriously, as we can see on their website:

“As we approach May 2018, HubSpot is working to be GDPR compliant. During this implementation period, we are thailand mobile database the new obligations and restrictions imposed by the regulation and will take all necessary actions to ensure we are handling customer data in compliance with applicable legislation starting in May 2018. You will be notified of new features and changes to our terms and conditions in your HubSpot portal. We will also be updating this page and sharing content in the coming months, so please check back regularly.”

If you have questions like:

What did the law say before the GDPR?
Will the dual registration process become mandatory?
How will Brexit affect compliance for UK-based companies?
What impact will the GDPR have on individuals' rights?
Will data now have to be stored in the EU?
Where can I find other sources of information?
You can check the link above, Hubspot answers these questions!

Conclusions:
The new data protection law will truly change the way we manage data. The sanctions discussed, although not yet implemented, should give us pause: this regulation isn't intended to constrain companies, but to ensure that internet users are respected.

But Stratenet, Inbound Marketing, and Hubspot have understood this well for years... It goes without saying that user experience must be a priority for every marketer.
