Of small businesses that are not currently using AI, 57% said they would reconsider in the future for content marketing. About a third (34%) were unsure, and only 9% would not reconsider.
About 28% of small and medium-sized businesses said in a June 2023 U.S. survey that they expect AI to help them save at least $5,000 in the next year. Slightly more (30%) expect to save between $1,000 and $4,999.

67% of marketers say lack of education and training is the biggest barrier to implementing AI in marketing.
Only 26% of marketers say their companies have internal AI-focused training and education. Lack of training is likely the main reason for low confidence in using AI tools.
