Quarantine restrictions have changed the direction of projects, and infobiz and online education have become the most popular. And the most promising direction in Ukraine now for us is the agricultural sector and the automobile business.

2021 was an absolute leader for us in infobiz projects, and among them are Vlada Evseeva, the Vremeni Net Support Club, Alexey Syrover, SALES BOOT CAMP, Evgeny Ivanov's Candle Making, and Phase of Growth. For them, we notified clients about webinars and collected NPS.
We also did a lot for the educational niche - generated leads for the game development school XYZ School , segmented the base and told about the promotion to clients of SkyPro and the Online Institute of Practical Psychology.
In the automotive business, we began to cooperate with the companies “Avtoservis 1A” and “Yaskrava”, where we helped the sales department warm up the base and provide managers with hot clients. And, of course, the agricultural sector - this year we sold machines for the harvester together with “TriDaAgro”.

The main growth area of ​​Keycall has become the diversity of geographical directions - now we call to 7 countries of the world and have gained valuable experience that has taught us to adapt. But at the moment we are focused on the automation of the Ukrainian business specifically. We realized that the voice bot technology is still incomprehensible to Ukrainians, and many entrepreneurs are afraid to introduce such an innovation, although the market is very promising. Our goal is to prove the effectiveness of bot calling for different niches, to show that this is a useful and profitable technology, which, in addition, will help to preserve valuable human resources.
Apart from that, we have some specific goals for 2022!
Over the past 3 years, we have accumulated a lot of audio recordings of bot conversations. We have a real opportunity to adapt our own model of speech recognition technology based on them . Why do this if we already have Google and Wit? The fact is that their recognition system is too standard, and the bot dialogue model has its own peculiarities. Our developments will help adapt to unique cases, such as Ukrainian “surzhik” and sentence construction. We have already started development, but we will be able to present the finished product in 2022. This way, we will get the best results from calling.
We are currently launching only outgoing calls - but customer goals require more. Therefore, next year we want to expand the range of services and implement incoming call processing by a bot!
