GMO Cloud has focused on price appeal in marketing its main service, ALTUS. However, price competition has intensified, and the company has been facing the challenge of being unable to differentiate itself from its competitors.
Therefore, the company considered reviewing its existing customer journey map and consulted number database with Medics. Four people from the marketing, planning and development, sales, and creative departments participated in the workshop. They exchanged opinions from different perspectives, deepened their understanding of each other's work, and created a customer journey map while correcting the gap in their perceptions.
Medics proposed content that is expected to be effective at each stage from awareness to receiving an order, and is working on the highest priority items first.
