4. CRM
CRM is an abbreviation for Customer Relationship Management. It allows you
to centrally manage information such as customer information, inquiry history, purchase data, and survey data in order to provide products and services tailored to each customer.

5. SFA
SFA is an abbreviation for Sales Force Automation, which translates to "sales support system."
It allows you to centrally manage business card information, client information, sales opportunities, and tg database sales activity information acquired through sales activities.
This allows you to visualize sales-related information such as sales progress and processes, improve the accuracy of sales forecasts, and streamline sales activities.
The difference with CRM mentioned above is that while CRM also includes marketing activities prior to sales activities and customer support after contract signing, SFA is a system that focuses on visualizing and streamlining sales activities .

HubSpot is an inbound marketing platform developed in the United States in 2005. It
is comprised of five products that support marketing, sales, customer service, etc., with a free CRM at its core, and is a tool that can be upgraded as needed.
Its distinctive feature is that you can start using the tool at low cost and expand it according to the content and scale of your marketing initiatives.
