But will they take our word for it? Maybe…

So how do we build trust and credibility?

Establishing ourselves as experts.

Leaving no doubt in the minds of our readers that we bolivia phone data have the experience, skills and genuine desire to solve their problems.

But to make sure they see us as experts, we’ll use testimonials that will reinforce their opinion that we’re someone they can trust (and buy from).

Testimonials work. Even personally, I find that I am MUCH more likely to read something if someone with an opinion I trust recommends it to me. While we may not be able to get the same caliber of testimonials from famous authors, we can certainly find other credible people to back up our good intentions.

Testimonials work for a reason: no one wants to be the first to try something.

That’s why you should include literally written and quoted testimonials of what you’re selling in your copy, or, if possible, video testimonials from satisfied customers. This builds trust and credibility for both you and your copy, and once you have that, you’re halfway there.

It is important to keep in mind that when writing copy, the idea is to systematically remove EVERY potential obstacle in the customer's mind that could prevent them from making a purchase.

Once you get your reader to trust you and feel that you truly want to help them, you have just removed the biggest mental block they may have.
