Open at least three welcome emails
Click on at least one link
If a subscriber does not meet these participation criteria by the end finland email list of the welcome sequence, they will be moved to the banned list. This does not mean that they are completely removed from all communications. Instead, they received different emails than those who showed engagement.

#2: Second Email: Set Expectations
The second email should be sent by the CEO or other company leader. Tyler recommends sending this email at the end of the first day, around 4:45 PM in your time zone. The purpose of this email is to set expectations for future communications.

Begin the email by stating that you will be out of the office but would like to be contacted. This creates a sense of importance and a human touch. Then, explain what kind of content subscribers can expect from your emails. Be specific about the topics you will cover and the value you will provide.

When it comes to frequency, set high expectations. For example, you could say, "We're sending a lot of volume. Hopefully we'll send one email every day." Even if you don't actually send emails every day, setting this expectation will make it less likely that your subscribers will respond to the actual frequency of sending. And feel overwhelmed. If you only send out two or three emails per week, your subscribers will be pleasantly surprised instead of stressed out.
