This year, a total of 1963 companies participated in the survey and the 150 finalists were divided into 3 categories: Large, with 80 companies that have a thousand or more employees; Medium Multinationals, with 35 organizations that have between 100 and 999 employees, and Medium Nationals, also a total of 35 companies with a number of employees between 100 and 999.
It is through initiatives like these that, every day, ClearSale's inclusive and responsible culture can be increasingly seen and proliferated. The more other companies see freedom with responsibility and respect for people (both individually and in teams) as a possible path, this journey towards a healthier and happier job market will be much shorter and more fruitful.
