The deal aims to expand MTS Link's offerings in the area of server solutions for VCS and to strengthen its competitiveness in the B2B products market. For Vinteo, the deal opens up the opportunity to reach a new level of business development and scale up narrowly specialized VCS solutions by creating additional services and products.
MTS Link closed the namibia whatsapp number database deal to acquire a stake on November 5, 2024. Vinteo will retain its previous team and operate as an autonomous structure. The company's developments will continue to be implemented through a partner channel.
in on-premise solutions for video conferencing will strengthen MTS Link's offering for Enterprise segment companies.
"MTS Link" has long offered its clients the option of installing services on our servers. However, as the market analysis showed, Russian companies are in dire need of improving the quality and functionality of on-premise products. Vinteo is one of the strongest players in the on-premise videoconferencing market in Russia. We combine our competencies to create an offer that meets the needs of the most demanding corporate customers. In particular, we intend to take a leading position in the segment of server solutions for videoconferencing," said Vladimir Urbansky, CEO of MTS Link.
The parties did not disclose the amount of the deal. However, Vinteo CEO Roman Samoilov told a ComNews correspondent that the remaining 49% of the company was retained by Vinteo founders Roman Samoilov, Dmitry Seryi and Alexey Livikin.
"The deal for Vinteo is a new stage of business development, primarily in terms of sharing expertise, strengthening products and improving technologies, as well as the opportunity to offer solutions to a larger number of customers from different industries and enter new segments of the videoconferencing market. The company will continue its course on developing solutions in the classic videoconferencing segment. We plan to expand the infrastructure and create additional services and products around Vinteo that will allow us to build more global, powerful and developed systems in terms of distribution. Our plans include applying our competencies in the field of developing software solutions and equipment to create joint projects with MTS Link that cover various videoconferencing scenarios for customers," added Roman Samoilov.
