IT Director of SberKorus LLC Rustem Iskakov said that his company primarily uses AI as a user support tool: "AI helps solve all problems related to EDI regulation and assists in solving the client's problems. Among the latter are roaming setup, use of enhanced qualified electronic signature (EQES) and related software, as well as how to quickly find the right user path to solve the user's problem. AI will be the first point of contact between users and SberKorus products and argentina whatsapp number databa se allows the client to solve his business problems many times faster."
in pilot mode in SberKorus processes for classifying received requests to assign a specialist responsible for their processing, which reduces the cost of the process and the time of resolution: "Also, in pilot mode, AI is used in SberKorus for processing and recognizing unstructured documents to recognize and speed up the processes of working with them."
Rustem Iskakov said that SberKorus expects to benefit from AI in process mining in the following management processes in EDI:
- analysis of labor costs efficiency on the part of product teams, which will allow calculating the number of tasks, the average time of a task in progress, and also calculating the same parameters based on the number of employees in the team;
- analysis of the correctness of the implemented workflows (workflows) - allows you to see the average time of a task in progress before and after the implementation of a single workflow, remove unused stages of work by teams, and remove clearly unnecessary stages from the workflow;
- analysis of the cost of a particular status in which a task is located. Here, a search is carried out for bottlenecks in work that are not directly related to development, but significantly slow down the process (long testing, acceptance of work, analytics, documentation, approval, etc.);
- analysis of potential "distortions" of the business process will show the balance between development and testing, as well as the time spent waiting for a release or idle time in a queue. Here we also count on reducing time2market (the time from the beginning of the idea development to the final launch of the solution and its entry into the market);
- formulation, implementation and verification of the success of certain management decisions. For example, changing the ratio of developers and testers and the frequency of sprints of work on tasks.
