Google Cloud's Operations Suite, formerly GCloud Stackdriver, is a fundamental application management tool for analyzing the performance of the technology structure.
We always say here that monitoring is one of the most important steps for any type of planning, whether it is implementation, expansion or even adaptation and maintenance.
When we monitor results in real time, the response to potential bottlenecks is much faster, thus generating savings, optimizing time and containing the consequences of a wrong decision.
Adjusting the sails so that strategies follow the desired path is essential to achieving expected goals. Google Cloud's Operations Suite works exactly in this direction.
Let's understand better what this tool is, how it twitter database and what are the advantages of Gcloud Stackdriver for the IT area and for the success of your business?

What is Google Cloud's Operations Suite
As mentioned above, Google Cloud's Operations Suite is the new name for Gcloud Stackdriver, with some improvements and adaptations. Stackdriver was founded in 2012 by Dan Belcher and Izzy Azeri and acquired by Google in 2014.
Google Stackdriver was basically an IT monitoring solution. To this end, the tool relied on solutions that provided performance data for applications and virtual machines established in the Google Cloud Platform cloud and also on Amazon Web Services.
Over time, some changes were made and, in 2020, Stackdriver became part of Google Cloud's operations tools, earning the name Google Cloud's Operations Suite.
The objective still remains, to assist in monitoring applications and VMs, automating important functions such as:
records management and analysis;
the observability of integrated metrics at scale;
monitoring and improving application performance
How Google Cloud's Operations Suite Works
In practice, Google Cloud's Operations Suite adds advanced features to the management and monitoring of cloud IT infrastructure. The idea is to identify applications that are under-allocated, operating below capacity or completely idle. In addition, it identifies which applications are overloading the structure.
To do this, it provides records, metrics and a diagnosis of the performance of cloud tools through panels, dashboards, graphs and customized reports.
Because Google Cloud's Operations Suite is natively integrated into the Google Cloud Platform, the entire monitoring process becomes much more efficient and automated.
It is worth mentioning that the solutions can also be used in applications and virtual machines running on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud and in open source systems to extract performance data.
Gcloud Stackdriver Key Features
The processes involved in monitoring applications are relatively complex. To perform them, Google Cloud's Operations Suite brings together a robust set of solutions, including features such as:
