RTVE beats Antena 3 in viewers during the bell chimes, but there was a greeting: pact or improvisation?

This year the real battle was between Televisión Española and Antena 3, although other channels such as Telecinco or la Sexta have also been in the homes of many Spaniards at the start of the new year. However, David Broncano and Lalachus have been chosen by the vast majority of citizens of our country to welcome 2025.



Spanish television triumphs among young people during the chimes
This year, our country's public channel has bet everything on Broncano . Improvised greeting or pre-arranged action?
The broadcast was marked by the humor that characterizes both of them, starting with Lalachus greeting the viewers and Broncano on the roof, literally. Then they did something that had never happened before, greeting their direct competitors: Cristina Pedroche and Alberto Chicote, who were on the balcony next door welcoming the year 2025, and of course, they greeted them back. Something that gives rise to debate, since one could think that far from being something improvised, it was an action agreed upon by both parties.

There was also time to make wishes for the coming New Year. In this case, decent housing for all people was demanded and the canons of beauty imposed by society were criticized.
