My story about trying to communicate company-wide online after working remotely

This year, the cherry blossoms bloomed quite early, and then snow fell after they were in full bloom, so we've been experiencing strange weather that seems to alternate between winter and spring.
Contrary to the excitement of the Olympic year at the start of the new year, the spread of the new coronavirus has been expanding in Japan, and on April 7th, a state of emergency was finally declared for seven prefectures. At iRidge, we have decided to further strengthen our infection prevention measures, including remote work from home, which we have been gradually implementing since mid-February.
Of course, the HR department must also consider how to communicate with the entire company. At iRidge, we hold a monthly company-wide meeting called the Monthly Reporting Meeting with the goal of promoting mutual understanding of the activities of the entire company and members of other departments.
Even if you can skip the first month of remote work, you will need to devise a format and communicate from then on. In March, we held our first monthly regular report meeting, assuming that there would be a large number of remote work members.
