Through a methodology developed by the General Secretariat of Industry and SMEs , the ACTIVA Cybersecurity program analyzes the current situation of the company in terms of cybersecurity to determine its status and, if necessary, create a cybersecurity plan.
This program is aimed at all types of SMEs and businesses : the only requirement is that these companies have their own legal personality in Spain and are legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding registry.
In addition, the ACTIVA Cybersecurity Plan has a financial aid of €2,140 so that you can create a security plan. If you meet the requirements, you will be able to choose the consultancy from which you want to receive advice from among those selected through a Framework Agreement for the program.

How to register for the ACTIVA Cybersecurity program
The official website states that the call for applications is open from 2023, and will continue until the budget credit established in the call is exhausted.
The requirements are as follows:
• Comply with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, regarding the requirements to obtain beneficiary status, and may not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of the same law.
• Be registered in the census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of each Provincial Tax Administration, which must reflect the economic activity actually carried out on the date of application for aid.
• Have their tax domicile and main operating centre in Spain and maintain them, at least, during the period of provision of the activities subject to subsidy.
• Not have debts for repayment of aid, advances or loans with the Administration, or be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous Decision of the European Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
• Not be entities that form part of the institutional public sector of any public administration, linked to or dependent on it, in accordance with the terms set out in article 81 and following of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
