Automation of the process has reduced the burden of registering requests and, accordingly, reduced the time it takes to submit them for consideration by three times. Thanks to this, employees are able to receive information more quickly and respond promptly to emerging problems.

The introduction of the software robot has become an important step in optimizing the work of the State Housing Inspectorate within the framework of the "Efficient Region" program, which is being implemented on the instructions of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov.
