Where the need for labor will decrease
According to the forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development, the demand for those employed in agriculture will decrease by 300 thousand people (from 4.5 million in 2022), in trade - by 200 thousand (from 13.3 million), in financial and insurance activities - by 100 thousand (from 1.3 million). Similarly, a decrease in demand for specialists in the real estate sector is expected by 100 thousand people (from 1.9 million in 2022).

As noted in the materials for the State Council meeting, agriculture, finance and insurance, and real estate transactions in 2017–2022 were characterized by a decrease in the number of employed and a simultaneous increase in real added value and output. In trade, along with education, there was a decrease in both added value and employment.
