At the recent Smart City - Smart Country forum in Ufa, President of the Turkish Programmers Federation (TÜYAFED) Mustafa Çalış offered services to promote Russian software products to the global market. "Our association can become a kind of bridge for Russian software to enter the global space. Turkey is one of the leaders in the global software market, and Russia is a brotherly country for us," he said. In response to a question from a ComNews correspondent about whether joint coding is a condition for cooperation between Russian software developers and TÜYAFED, Mustafa Çalış said: "We are actively working with 42 countries and can sell both jointly developed products and ready-made solutions as a distributor of Russian companies."

and Mass Media of the Russian iran whatsapp resource Federation did not answer questions from a ComNews correspondent.

The president of the non-profit partnership "Russoft" Valentin Makarov believes this prospect is real, and in "Russoft" this area is handled by the representative in Turkey Ivan Starodubtsev. "In order to support the export of IT products to Turkey, in July 2023 we sent a proposal to the Ministry of Economic Development to create a working group on IT within the framework of the Russian-Turkish international legal commission.

Entering the world market with the help of Turkish companies will certainly help increase the sales volume of Russian companies - software exporters, although one cannot hope for excessive growth. We need to promote products through all regional leaders," Valentin Makarov explained. He also assured that within the framework of Russian legislation this is absolutely legal.

Renat Lashin, Executive Director of the Association of Software Developers "Domestic Software", said: "We welcome the initiative of Turkish partners and consider it as an opportunity for additional promotion of Russian software abroad. Over the past few years, we have been actively forming domestic stacks of compatible software solutions on the association's platform, which are also export-oriented. Therefore, any assistance in this area will be useful for Russian vendors - both in promoting solutions and in finding partners, establishing contacts, creating joint ventures and establishing distribution channels."

International marketing and promotion expert on the Turkish market, Leniza Mukhametzyanova, argues that the Turkish side can implement Russian solutions under its own brand, using the "white label" concept, which in the current situation will allow attracting new clients, and this approach will allow localizing and customizing the software for the specifics of the user in a particular country. "The proposal voiced by Mustafa Calis has the right to be implemented as long as there is a certain stigma regarding Russian products abroad. Yes, it will not add recognition to the developer companies, but it will increase export revenue. Moreover, an increase in the number of users of an IT product brought to the world stage will allow both the product itself and the developer company to develop. The Turkish Federation of Programmers is an umbrella organization and unites large developers, system integrators and distributors, as well as other small national IT associations. Moreover, they have organized cooperation with universities and technology parks. To summarize, this association is very popular both in Turkey itself and abroad," commented Leniza Mukhametzyanova.
